Can I edit my order after I have placed it?

If you haven’t yet provided payment for your order and want to change the items from your order, please follow the below instructions:

• Log in to your RoidsPharm.net account.
• Select the order ID
• Click on the “Edit Order” option.

If you have already paid for your order but it was not sent yet and you want to add/remove an item, please create a ticket and ask the customer support to make the needed changes. Please always specify in order ID in your e-mail.

Is there a minimum order amount limit?

No, with RoidsPharm.net you are free to order anything you want in any amount. Feel free to place your order and we'll be glad to take care of the rest.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

You may use your Credit Card to send money online through the Western Union official website. You are kindly asked to specify that you are sending funds to a friend, since WU/MG money transfers are not supposed to be used for business purposes.

How to Pay Via Western Union (WU) or Money Gram (MG)?

Western Union and Money Gram are simple and fast money transfer services. You can use your credit card (Visa, Master Card) to make the transfer, just click here

All the information you need to indicate when sending the funds is the receiver’s first name, last name, city and country. To find receiver’s information, please click on the "Payment information" link in your order history, and select the payment method you want to use. A list of receiver names and their addresses are listed on the web page, just choose one of them and fill in the WU/MG form.

You'll also have to fill in your information, please don't be afraid to fill all the info is required from you, the WU/MG transfers are not trackable as the CC ones.

You are kindly asked to specify that you are sending funds to a friend, since WU/MG money transfers are not supposed to be used for business purposes.

Do not protect your transfer with a secret question, fill in only the necessary fields. The collector will have a valid ID.

Once you have transferred the funds, please follow the below instructions:

• Open your Order History
• Select the order you have just paid for
• Click on "Enter WU info" or "Enter MG info"
• Fill in all the fields with the exactly that info you've got from WU or MG and have used for the transfer.

After the payment info is sent, it will take up to 24 business hours to collect the funds and initiate to process your order.

How long does it take for you, to receive my Western Union transfer?

Western Union payments are normally processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the transaction information from you. In case Western Union declines the payment due to incorrect data provided, you will be notified via an e-mail. You should make another payment attempt with cautiousness. When transaction is successful, we ship the order within 24 hours business hours after confirmation is received!
